Join us for snacks, drinks and pampering while you learn about improving bone density, posture and balance! Come as you are (no gym clothes needed) to try out the Vibeplate and short circuit. Reward yourself with a choice of modalities (hydromassage, red light therapy, biocharger, or compression therapy). Bring loved ones if you'd like or focus on your self-care!
